Most Uddom problems come down to one of three things: the app embed is not enabled, a module is switched on but not configured, or a feature has a prerequisite (usually email delivery) that is not ready. Work through the pages below in order of what you are seeing.

- Is the app embed enabled? It is the most common cause. See App embed not showing.
- Is the module on and configured? A module that is on but not configured will not render correctly. See Module not appearing.
- Is there a prerequisite? Email features need email delivery; cart drawer cross-sell needs a cart drawer.
