Uddom’s Marketing area is where you reach customers by email. You build lists of contacts, design reusable templates, send marketing emails, and recover shoppers who left checkout unfinished.

Email Marketing overview
Email features need a working sender, configured once under Settings → Email Delivery. Until that is ready, Uddom shows Setup required and will not send. See Email delivery.
Consent and unsubscribe#
Uddom only sends bulk marketing email to contacts that are subscribed. Contacts you import without confirming consent are stored as unsubscribed and are never sendable. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
